Hortense: Before we go in the house, let's make sure our story to tell MOTHER is the same.
Hector: Okay.
Hortense: So we'll say we went to the mall, and you got lost in a shoe store and I couldn't find you.
Hector: But we were gone for a week!
Hortense: You're not letting me finish!
Hector: Okay Okay!
Hortense: So when we were in the shoe store, we met a talking giraffe who had magical time-travelling powers...
